DAI HEINDALL is a bold American Barleywine that commandingly balances rich malt depth with assertive hop character. It pours a deep copper with ruby highlights, releasing intense aromas of toasty, bready malt alongside vibrant notes of resinous pine and citrus zest. The palate is immediately struck by a firm bitterness that cuts through a luscious, chewy malt backbone. Hints of light caramel and subtle fruity esters emerge as it warms, leading to a complex finish where hop oils and smooth alcohol warmth linger. Appearance. Deep amber to medium copper with brilliant clarity and visible ruby highlights. Topped by a moderately-low, light tan head with fair retention and slight lacing.
