Crispy Wiper presents an evocative tropical escape, defined by a lush, opaque pour and a bouquet of sun-ripened fruit. The dual-hop profile of Nectaron and HBC 638 drives the aromatic profile, releasing vibrant waves of nectarine, passionfruit, and sweet guava. On the palate, this Hazy IPA balances a soft, pillowy texture with a juice-forward character where citrus and stone fruit dominate. The inclusion of Nectaron provides a deep, fleshy peach quality, while HBC 638 adds layers of mango and delicate floral undertones. With a restrained bitterness and a clean, bready malt base, it finishes smooth, refreshing, and remarkably drinkable.

Appearance. Straw to light orange (4-6 SRM). Opaque haze with a characteristic hazy shine. Thick, rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention and beautiful lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring pronounced passionfruit, peach, and nectarine. Subtle notes of mango, guava, and sweet citrus follow. Low, neutral, bready malt aroma in the background with no caramel or toastiness.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor of stone fruit and tropical citrus. Nectaron provides a fleshy peach character, while HBC 638 adds guava and orange notes. Low perceived bitterness. Malt is lightly bready and supportive. The finish is soft and off-dry without harshness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, smooth, and pillowy texture. Moderate carbonation. Very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth. No astringency or raw starch graininess.
