It pours a delicate pale straw with a lively, effervescent white head. The aroma is a fragrant tapestry of freshly crushed grape must, rustic hay, and subtle herbal yeast esters. On the palate, a soft, mineral-forward malt presence supports bright grape flavors, stone fruit, and a pleasant, refreshing lactic tartness that leads into an incredibly dry, crisp finish.
