This Brut IPA presents an exceptionally dry, effervescent profile inspired by sparkling wine. Utilizing a specific enzyme to strip away residual sugars, it achieves a crisp, champagne-like finish that accentuates its high-intensity hop aromatics. Expect a bouquet of tropical fruit and citrus notes that leap from the glass, supported by a very light, neutral malt base. At 7% ABV, the alcohol is remarkably well-integrated, providing a clean canvas for a soft, balanced bitterness that never overwhelms the palate. Appearance. Pale straw to light gold (2–4 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a large, frothy white head that exhibits excellent persistence and fine lacing.
Aroma. High hop intensity featuring notes of white grape, passion fruit, and bright citrus. Malt is very low to absent, providing only a faint cracker-like backdrop. Clean fermentation profile with no significant esters.
Taste. Initial impression is bone-dry and crisp. Distinctive hop flavors of pineapple and lemon zest dominate the mid-palate. Bitterness is moderate and smooth, balancing the lack of malt body without being harsh. The finish is remarkably clean and short, with no lingering sweetness or heavy grain character.
