Swirling the bottle rouses the yeast, enhancing the creamy, fluffy texture and intensifying the essence of wheat that defines its character. The palate is soft and refreshing, balancing low hop bitterness with a doughy malt sweetness that transitions into a clean, effervescent finish, making it a natural companion for rice-based dishes and savory hams.
Appearance. Pale gold (approximately 4–5 SRM) with a brilliant hazy glow when yeast is roused from the bottom. It features a dense, moussy, and long-lasting white head that leaves delicate lacing on the glass.
