We took our legendary Alpha Delta Collab “Phalanx”, the formidable 135 Min IPA, and introduced it to one of our Oloroso barrels for 8 months. This has created a intricate barleywine.
The Olorosso barrel brings an aroma of walnut and spice that melds with the hops from Phalanx. Big flavours then follow: marmalade, dried fruits, truffle, tobacco and tannins.
