This American Lager, a landmark Chilean collaboration, delivers a crystalline and ultra-refreshing sensory experience. It presents a very neutral profile, where a subtle grainy sweetness from the malt meets a delicate, low-intensity floral and spicy hop character. Its high carbonation provides a sharp, thirst-quenching carbonic bite that accentuates the bone-dry, clean finish. Devoid of heavy esters or aggressive bitterness, the beer emphasizes a crisp mouthfeel and a light, effortless body, making it an exceptionally approachable lager that prioritizes purity and drinkability. Appearance. Very pale straw color (approximately 2-3 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a white, frothy head that has low persistence.

Aroma. Low intensity malt aroma with a faint grainy and cereal-like sweetness. Hop aroma is very low, offering subtle floral and spicy notes. Clean fermentation profile with no significant yeast esters.

Taste. Initial impression is very crisp and neutral. Low grainy-malt flavor with a hint of sweetness that is quickly balanced by low bitterness. Hop flavor is moderately-low to low, showing a light herbal and spicy quality. Very clean fermentation character leading into a short, dry, and clean finish.

Mouthfeel. Light to medium-light body. Very high carbonation with a noticeable carbonic bite on the tongue. Smooth with no alcohol warmth or astringency.
