This refreshing International Pale Lager showcases the unique personality of Japanese Sorachi hops against a crisp, minimalist backdrop. Large additions of rice flakes ensure a lean, highly attenuated body that highlights the hop’s signature lemon zest and lemongrass aromatics. The malt character is elegantly restrained, offering subtle notes of soda cracker and fresh white bread. Brilliant clarity and a brisk carbonation enhance the clean, dry finish, making it exceptionally drinkable. Appearance. Brilliant, pale straw color (2-3 SRM). Topped with a frothy, bright white head that maintains moderate retention and leaves light lacing.

Aroma. Low intensity and clean fermentation profile. A subtle grainy-sweet malt presence, reminiscent of fresh rice or crackers, supports a medium-low hop aroma characterized by distinctive lemon peel and a hint of herbal dill.

Taste. Initial impression is crisp and lean. Low grainy-malt flavors of cracker and light bread lead into a distinctive hop profile of lemongrass and citrus. Bitterness is medium-low, providing just enough structure to balance the light malt. The finish is very dry and well-attenuated, leaving a clean, neutral aftertaste with a faint lingering citrus note.
