This Hazy IPA pours with a characteristic tropical intensity, driven by the award-winning combination of Ekuanot, Sabro, and Mosaic hops. The sensory profile is led by layers of ripe mango, papaya, and a distinct coconut-like creaminess from the Sabro, while Ekuanot and Mosaic contribute vibrant citrus and berry undertones. Despite its substantial opacity and full, pillowy body, the beer maintains a structured bitterness that counters a semi-sweet, juicy finish. The malt remains a soft, bready foundation, allowing the complex biotransformation of New World hops to remain the focal point of this modern, vibrant ale.

Appearance. Straw to light amber with a soft orange hue (4-6 SRM). Opaque, hazy appearance with a bright sheen. Persistent, rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by tropical fruits including mango, papaya, and pineapple. Distinctive coconut and cream notes from the Sabro hops are supported by citrus and blueberry esters. Clean, bready, and grainy malt notes provide a subtle backdrop without caramel or toast.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the tropical and citrus aroma. Initial impression is juicy and soft. Moderate bitterness is present but well-integrated, never sharp or harsh. Low bready malt flavor supports the hop profile. The finish is semi-sweet to off-dry with a lingering fruity aftertaste and neutral fermentation character.
