This American Pale Ale presents a vibrant sensory experience designed for focus and clarity. A bright golden pour topped with a resilient white head sets the stage for a punchy aromatic profile defined by sharp citrus zest and fresh herbal undertones. On the palate, the interplay of American hop varieties delivers a clean, stimulating bitterness that cuts through a lean, neutral malt backbone. With its light body and crisp carbonation, the beer remains highly drinkable, finishing dry and refreshing. Appearance. Golden color (7 SRM) with a moderately large white head. Displays good retention and light lacing; generally clear with a brilliant clarity.
Aroma. Moderate to high intensity hop aroma featuring distinct notes of lemon zest, grapefruit, and fresh-cut herbs. Supported by a low, neutral to slightly grainy-sweet malt presence. Fermentation is clean with negligible esters.
