This Hazy IPA offers a vibrant sensory journey, beginning with an opaque, glowing straw pour topped by a dense, meringue-like white head. The aroma is intensely focused on fresh hop character, delivering layers of tropical mango, ripe stone fruit, and zesty citrus against a soft, bready malt backdrop. On the palate, the experience is notably silky and smooth, reflecting the characteristic soft water profile and flaked grain additions. While the initial impression is juicy and fruit-forward, it transitions into a surprisingly powerful and assertive finish that showcases the resinous depth of the fresh hops without harshness.
