Appearance. Medium gold with brilliant, crystal-clear clarity. Features a medium-sized, off-white head with good persistence and delicate lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent resinous, dank notes and bright citrus, such as grapefruit and orange peel. Supported by a low, clean, grainy-sweet malt character with a neutral fermentation profile.
Taste. Leading with a medium-high to high hop flavor of pine resin and citrus zest. The malt flavor is low and grainy, providing a lean foundation for a firm, aggressive bitterness. The finish is very dry and crisp with a lingering, hoppy aftertaste and no harshness.
