This Hazy IPA presents a vibrant, saturated profile defined by its dank and sticky hop character. The aromatic punch is driven by a heavy-hitting trio of Motueka, Citra, and Riwaka, delivering an intense melange of crushed lime, passionfruit, and resinous pine. Supported by a bready, clean base of Simpsons malt, the palate is exceptionally juicy, emphasizing tropical sweetness over sharp bitterness. The fermentation character from WHC Lab yeast remains clean, allowing the New World hop profile to dominate.
