The world of barrel-aged sour beer is a vast and experimental space, full of high-ABV, jaw-tingling, throat-punching brews finished in the craziest of barrel combinations. It’s a fun and enticing scene we’ve had the pleasure of partaking in for over a decade.

However, we know that it’s sometimes nice to drink a flavorful barrel-aged sour that won’t overtake your taste buds or bring tears to your eyes. That’s the idea behind our Petite Sour series.

Fruited with Colorado peaches or Washington raspberries and blueberries, these light sours pack a soft punch without skimping on flavor, and can serve as a pleasant introduction into the untamed and ever-expanding territory of sour beer.
