Utilizing the signature house character of Crooked Stave, this golden ale features a pronounced peach presence from the addition of whole fruit, harmonizing with a complex Brettanomyces profile. The sensory experience is defined by layers of ripe Persica peaches, aged oak, and a distinctive farmyard funk. It delivers a refreshing acidity that complements the dry, highly attenuated finish. The oak aging contributes a structural depth, softening the bright fruit with whispers of vanilla and dry wood, resulting in a sophisticated, multidimensional wild ale.

Appearance. Deep gold to pale amber (7–10 SRM) with a persistent hazy clarity due to fruit additions. Pours with a moderate white head that shows fair retention and leaves light lacing.

Aroma. High intensity featuring dominant fresh and sun-ripened peach esters. A complex Brett character provides moderate notes of wet hay, barnyard funk, and earthy leather, supported by subtle toasted oak and vanilla. Malt is low and crackery, while hop aroma is absent.
