This Hazy IPA presents an inviting, fruit-driven profile defined by its deliberate selection of New World hops. Huell Melon leads the sensory charge, imparting distinctive notes of sweet honeydew and ripe cantaloupe, while Mosaic and Simcoe contribute complex layers of tropical mango, blueberry, and a whisper of piney resin. The aroma is intense and juicy, floating over a soft, bready malt base. Designed for high drinkability, the sensory experience is smooth and rounded, balancing the vibrant hop oils with a gentle, pillowy texture. It concludes with a restrained bitterness and a clean, fruit-forward finish that highlights the specific hop character without any harshness.

Appearance. Straw to light gold (SRM 4) with a hazy, glowing opacity. Features a dense, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and delicate lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by sweet honeydew and cantaloupe. Secondary notes of mango, passionfruit, and a light citrus zest are present, backed by a faint, clean bready malt character. No caramel or toast is present. Esters are mild and complementary to the fruit profile.
