This Hazy IPA is a showcase of high-temperature fermentation, utilizing Hornindal Kveik at 40°C to push tropical boundaries. The sensory profile is dominated by an explosion of overripe mango, pineapple, and honeyed orange peel, seamlessly blending yeast-driven esters with punchy New World hops. Its appearance is a shimmering, opaque gold topped with a resilient white foam. The palate follows with a lush, velvety texture and a soft bitterness that allows the saturated fruit flavors to linger. At 8% ABV, a gentle warmth supports the medium-full body, resulting in a complex, juicy, and profoundly aromatic modern ale that highlights the synergy between Norwegian yeast and modern hopping techniques.

Appearance. SRM 4-6; glowing straw to deep gold with an opaque, hazy shine. Features a persistent, rocky, meringue-like white head with dense, creamy lacing.

Aroma. High intensity; dominant aromas of tropical mango, crushed pineapple, and bright orange zest. Background notes of soft, bready malt and a clean, grainy sweetness provide a foundation for the massive fruity esters produced by the Hornindal Kveik fermentation.

Taste. Immediate burst of juicy tropical and stone fruit flavors, including peach and passionfruit. Malt character is low, offering a light doughy and bready quality. Bitterness is moderate but smooth and well-integrated, masking any potential hop harshness. The finish is off-dry and saturated with lingering fruit character.
