This Alternative Grain Beer presents a crisp and vibrant sensory profile modeled after a classic margarita. The aroma is dominated by a sharp, zesty lime character and the earthy, herbal notes of premium Blue Agave Tequilana. A base of USDA Organic Supergrains, featuring Quinoa, Amaranth, Millet, and Cassava, provides a remarkably clean and neutral canvas that allows the citrus and agave to shine without the heaviness of traditional malt. On the palate, it is exceptionally refreshing and bone-dry due to its zero-sugar formulation, finishing with a bright lime acidity and a subtle, prickly effervescence that cleanses the tongue.

Appearance. Pours a brilliant, nearly colorless to very pale straw hue (SRM 1-2). It features high effervescence with a white, fizzy head that dissipates rapidly, leaving no lacing.

Aroma. High intensity of fresh, zesty lime juice and cold-pressed lime peel. A distinct, clean agave nectar scent provides an earthy, vegetal complexity reminiscent of silver tequila. Malt aroma is absent, replaced by a very low, neutral graininess from the quinoa and millet blend.

Taste. The initial impression is defined by sharp, tart lime and a hint of salinity. Middle palate reveals a subtle herbal agave flavor. There is no hop bitterness or hop flavor present. The fermentation character is extremely clean, lacking esters or phenols. It finishes bone-dry and crisp, with a lingering citrus zest and a clean, refreshing aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Light-bodied and thin with a watery consistency. Carbonation is high and prickly, enhancing the refreshing quality. There is no alcohol warmth at 5% ABV, and the mouthfeel is free of any astringency or creaminess.
