Croma Zigzag is an assertive Double IPA that showcases the intense fruit-forward potential of Cryo Pop and Idaho 7 Cryo hops. This vibrant ale greets the senses with a lush canopy of tropical aromas, specifically pineapple, ripe mango, and stone fruit, underscored by a subtle resinous pine from the Idaho 7. The 8% alcohol provides a clean, supporting warmth that never overshadows the hop saturation. On the palate, expect a concentrated citrus and peach character atop a soft, bready malt foundation. It strikes a sophisticated balance between modern 'juicy' sensibilities and the classic firm bitterness expected of the style, finishing dry with a lingering tropical essence.

Appearance. Pours a deep gold to light orange-copper with a moderate haze typical of modern juicy interpretations. Topped by a persistent, creamy white head that leaves dense lacing on the glass.
