This Double IPA presents a saturated sensory landscape, driven by an intensive triple dry-hop regimen of Mosaic and Strata. The aroma is a concentrated blast of tropical intensity, where Mosaic contributes ripe mango and signature blueberry notes, while Strata adds layers of passionfruit and a subtle, dank herbal complexity. On the palate, the experience is lush and fruit-forward, balancing a soft, bready malt backbone with assertive but smooth bitterness. The 9.2% ABV provides a refined warmth that supports the dense hop oils without becoming solventy. Appearance. Deep gold to light orange (7-9 SRM). Hazy to opaque clarity with a thick, persistent, creamy white head that exhibits excellent lacing.

Aroma. Intense hop aroma with dominant notes of passionfruit, mango, and blueberry. Strata provides a distinct dank, resinous, and strawberry-like character, while Mosaic adds layers of tropical stone fruit and light floral esters.
