This Hazy IPA, a collaboration with Oca Cervejaria, showcases the vibrant potential of Brazilian terroir. Utilizing a double dry hopping technique with 100% national Comet hops sourced from Fazenda Dalcin and Éden Hops, the profile explodes with intense tropical fruit and zesty grapefruit. The aroma is dominated by these fresh hop oils, layered over a soft, bready malt base. On the palate, the beer delivers a juicy sensation with minimal bitterness, highlighting the specific citrus character of the Comet variety. Its opaque appearance and plush mouthfeel create a smooth, approachable experience that celebrates the successful evolution of regional hop farming and biotransformation.

Appearance. Straw to deep gold with an orange hue (5 SRM). Opaque, hazy appearance with a luminescent shine. Thick, rocky, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and dense lacing.

Aroma. High intensity aromatics of tropical fruit, ripe mango, and bright grapefruit zest driven by the Comet hops. Clean, lightly bready and grainy malt presence provides a soft background. Neutral fermentation profile allows the complex, slightly resinous and citrusy hop oils to lead.

Taste. Immediate burst of succulent tropical fruit and citrus hop flavors. Low to medium-low bitterness that is smoothly integrated. Malt flavor is low, providing a neutral, doughy foundation. The finish is off-dry and soft, with a lingering juicy hop aftertaste and no harshness or hop burn.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a remarkably smooth and plush texture. Carbonation is moderate. Very light alcohol warmth is well-integrated. Absence of any astringency or raw starch texture.
