Appearance. Straw to light gold (2–3 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a dense, creamy, long-lasting white head and excellent lacing.
Aroma. Moderate-high intensity. Dominant spicy and floral hop notes from Czech Saaz and Sterling, complemented by a faint hint of melon from Huell Melon. Supporting malt aroma is grainy-sweet and doughy, like fresh crackers. Clean fermentation with no esters or diacetyl.
