This elevated Blonde Ale offers a deceptively refreshing profile despite its potent strength. Appearance. Deep gold color (6 SRM). Clear to brilliant clarity. Moderate white head with fair retention and light lacing.

Aroma. Moderate intensity. Soft, bready malt sweetness blends with prominent floral notes of orange blossom and aromatic honey. Hop aroma is low, allowing the orange blossom honey to shine. Clean fermentation profile with very low fruity esters.
