Appearance. Pale straw to light gold (2-4 SRM). Brilliant clarity. Topped with a white, frothy head that displays moderate persistence and light lacing.
Aroma. Moderate intensity with a clean, grainy-sweet malt base. Distinct earthy and savory mushroom notes are prominent, complemented by woody, pine-like rosemary. A faint spicy floral hop character is present, alongside a subtle, pungent hint of ground peppercorn. Fermentation is clean with no significant esters.
Taste. Initial impression is neutral and crisp with a dry finish. A low grainy malt sweetness is quickly balanced by savory umami from mushrooms and a resinous herbal rosemary flavor.
