This American IPA presents a vibrant sensory profile, weaving together bright orange zest and smooth vanilla atop a classic hop backbone. The pour is a hazy medium gold with a persistent white head. Aromatically, the beer leads with intense notes of orange peel and creamy vanilla, supported by resinous and citrusy hop character and the tropical esters of Kveik yeast. On the palate, a moderate hop bitterness balances the perceived sweetness of the vanilla, while clean, grainy malt provides a subtle foundation. It finishes medium-dry with a lingering citrus-vanilla aftertaste, remaining crisp and refreshingly fruit-forward throughout.
Appearance. Medium gold (7 SRM); medium-sized white head with good persistence; slight haze from Kveik yeast and adjunct additions.
