KraaiKe Metteko is a robust and velvety Oatmeal Stout that leans into the decadent, fat texture provided by a heavy addition of oats. At a higher-than-average strength, it presents a complex profile where the scent of toasted oats and earthy hops mingles with a distinct ester profile of red fruits. The palate is dominated by rich milk chocolate and roasted coffee notes, supported by a significant, silky mouthfeel. It concludes with a surprisingly dry and spicy finish, offering a sharp counterpoint to its initial sweetness, and a gentle alcohol warmth that highlights its playful, naughty character.
