CRAK Perfect Circle is a formidable Double IPA that emphasizes a sharp, resinous hop profile enhanced by the addition of Agave Azul. This brew showcases an aggressive and pungent bitterness driven by a robust blend of Tomahawk, Bravo, and Chinook hops. The sensory experience is defined by intense balsamic and piney notes, reminiscent of botanical amaro or bitter soda. Despite its 8.5% ABV, the beer maintains a remarkably lean and dry profile, ensuring high drinkability. The agave integration provides a unique herbal depth that complements the woodsy, spicy characteristics of the hops, resulting in a complex, lingering, and unapologetically bitter finish.

Appearance. Deep gold to light orange (8-10 SRM). Clear with a moderate-sized, persistent off-white head that leaves significant lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of damp pine, resin, and a distinct herbal, balsamic quality. Background malt is clean and neutral with a light grainy scent. Fermentation is clean with a very low hint of stone fruit esters.

Taste. Intense hop-forward flavor dominated by resinous pine and spicy, herbal notes. A pungent bitterness reminiscent of bitter soda starts early and carries through the palate. Malt is low and soft, providing just enough support to prevent harshness. The finish is very dry with a long-lasting, clean, bitter aftertaste and a touch of botanical complexity from the Agave Azul.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, slightly slick texture. Carbonation is medium-high, providing a crisp bite. A moderate, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present but smooth, with no hop-derived astringency.
