An assertive trio of Citra, Mosaic, and Nelson Sauvin hops drives the sensory experience, yielding saturated notes of ripe mango, passion fruit, and crushed white grapes. A soft, grainy malt backbone supports the hop intensity without adding toast or caramel, while the yeast contribution remains clean and supportive. The finish is smooth and off-dry, emphasizing tropical fruit saturation over aggressive bitterness. Appearance. Straw to light amber (4-6 SRM) with a distinct, opaque haze providing a vibrant glow. Features a thick, meringue-like white head with high retention and persistent lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma featuring heavy tropical fruit (mango, pineapple), citrus, and the signature gooseberry and white grape character of Nelson Sauvin. Background malt is clean and bready, while fermentation esters are neutral to lightly fruity.
