This unfiltered Weissbier pours with a signature hazy glow, radiating the classic charm of a traditional Bavarian wheat beer. The grist, heavy on Malted wheat and Pilsner malt, provides a soft, bready foundation that balances the expressive fermentation profile. Appearance. Straw to gold in color (3-4 SRM). Features a very thick, moussy, and long-lasting white head with excellent lacing. The beer is characteristically hazy from the high wheat content and suspended yeast.
