Benedictine Brew presents as a classic dark Doppelbock, tailored for the Advent season as a liquid bread substitute. It leads with an intense, bready richness derived from Munich and Vienna malts, delivering deeply developed Maillard characteristics of toasted crust and dark fruit leather. Hints of plum and dark grape dance through the aroma, while the mildly hopped profile ensures that herbal hop notes remain nearly imperceptible.
