Roxanne presents a vibrant, glowing red hue typical of a Specialty Red IPA. The profile is defined by the unique Luminosa hop variety, which projects an aromatic bouquet of tropical fruit candy, bright citrus, and mixed berries. Underneath the hop-forward intensity, a foundation of toasted malt and light caramel provides a supportive, slightly sweet structural base. Despite its alcohol-free nature, the beer maintains a crisp, refreshing bite with a clean fermentation profile. It finishes dry and hop-centric, leaving a lingering impression of sweet orange and peach rings without the weight of heavy resins or roasted harshness.
Appearance. Glowing ruby-red to deep amber (12–17 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a dense, persistent off-white head that leaves consistent lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring distinct notes of peach candy, tangerine, and dried berries. Supporting moderate malt scents of toasted bread and light caramel. Clean fermentation profile with no detectable esters or alcohol.
Taste. Initial impression is dominated by tropical fruit and citrus zest from the Luminosa hops. The malt provides a toasty, biscuit-like flavor with a hint of toffee that balances the firm, medium-high bitterness. The finish is clean and dry, with a lingering berry and citrus aftertaste that avoids any burnt or harsh roasted character.
