This unpasteurized American Lager presents a brilliant, shiny gold hue, offering a more nuanced grain profile than typical examples thanks to its blend of four different barley malts. The aroma is clean and inviting, leading with a delicate grainy-sweetness and a whisper of floral notes from selected hops. On the palate, it is exceptionally crisp and light-bodied, delivering a neutral yet refreshing flavor profile where the subtle malt depth is balanced by a low, soft bitterness. The finish is remarkably clean and dry, characterized by high carbonation that enhances its thirst-quenching, effortless drinkability.

Appearance. Shiny gold color (approx. 3-4 SRM). Brilliantly clear with a white, frothy head that has moderate persistence.

Aroma. Low to moderate intensity. Clean, grainy-sweet malt character with subtle toasted notes. Low floral and spicy hop aroma. Very clean fermentation profile with no esters.

Taste. Initial impression is a delicate grainy malt sweetness. Hop flavor is low with floral and herbal qualities. Low bitterness provides just enough balance to avoid a cloying finish. Crisp, dry, and neutral finish with a short aftertaste of clean grain.

Mouthfeel. Light body with a high carbonation level that provides a refreshing carbonic bite. Smooth and clean with no alcohol warmth or astringency.
