A striking teal-tinted pour leads to an aromatic profile dominated by floral violets and bright orange peel, underpinned by a creamy vanilla finish. The sensory experience is driven by the interplay of sharp lactic acidity and the botanical complexity of Parfait Amour-inspired ingredients. While the wild fermentation provides a refreshing tartness, the additions of orange peel and vanilla create a smooth, nostalgic character reminiscent of the retro lemonade and vodka drink, offering a playful and sophisticated profile.
Appearance. Distinctive blue to teal color (SRM N/A) with a moderate haze. The head is off-white to pale blue, showing moderate retention and light lacing.
