Nova is a striking Modern West Coast IPA that showcases a high-definition hop profile. Using DynaBoost and Cryo Idaho 7 alongside Simcoe and Mosaic, it delivers an intense sensory experience. Expect a clean, resinous backbone from Simcoe layered with vibrant notes of ripe pineapple and mango driven by Idaho 7, complemented by the citrus and tropical depth of Mosaic. The malt presence is intentionally restrained, providing a lean, gluten-free canvas that allows the punchy bitterness to lead. It finishes crisp and dry, embodying the quintessential West Coast character with a contemporary, hop-focused edge.

Appearance. Medium gold (7 SRM); brilliant clarity; medium-sized white head with good persistence and light lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of pineapple, mango, and grapefruit zest. Secondary notes of resinous pine and a hint of floral earthiness. Very low, clean, grainy malt sweetness in the background; clean fermentation profile.

Taste. Hop-forward with high intensity flavors of apricot, mango, and orange peel. Firm, resinous pine bitterness provides a sharp mid-palate. Malt flavor is low and neutral, providing a lean, crackery base. The finish is decidedly dry and crisp with a lingering, clean hop bitterness.
