Appearance. Color is a deep straw with a soft orange hue (approx 5 SRM). It exhibits a characteristic opaque haziness with a luminous shine. The head is a rocky, meringue-like white foam with very high retention and significant lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by stone fruit, specifically peach and nectarine, alongside tropical notes and a hint of citrus zest. The malt presence is supportive and clean, showing light bready and grainy notes with no caramel character. Fruity esters from fermentation complement the hop profile.
Taste. Initial impression is of high-intensity fruit juice. Pronounced hop flavors of peach, floral citrus, and tropical fruit lead the palate. Malt flavor is low to medium, providing a soft, grainy background. Perceived bitterness is moderate but restrained by the full body, finishing off-dry and smooth without any harsh or resinous aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy texture. Carbonation is moderate. There is a very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth and a notable lack of astringency or harshness, contributing to a smooth, supple mouthfeel.
