CoolHead Brew's Infinite Haze V5 is a vibrant Hazy IPA that showcases a masterful multi-stage hopping technique. The initial dry-hop of Citra and Mosaic during fermentation creates a deep biotransformation of tropical mango and citrus flavors, which is further amplified by a post-fermentation addition of more Citra and Mosaic alongside Centennial. This combination layers zesty grapefruit and passion fruit over a subtle floral and piney foundation. The result is a juice-forward profile supported by a soft, pillowy malt backbone that avoids any cloying sweetness. It presents a luscious, opaque appearance and a smooth, rounded palate that elegantly masks its 6.8% ABV.

Appearance. Straw to light gold (5 SRM) with a deep, opaque haze that gives the beer a luminous quality. Topped by a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High-intensity aroma dominated by tropical fruits like mango and pineapple alongside zesty tangerine. A second layer reveals floral and light resinous pine notes. The malt provides a neutral, bready, and grainy background, while the fermentation character is clean and supportive.

Taste. Massive fruity hop flavors of passion fruit, orange peel, and soft stone fruit. The malt flavor is low but provides a bready, wheaty foundation that balances the hop saturation. Bitterness is medium-low and smooth, never harsh. The finish is off-dry and exceptionally clean with a lingering tropical fruit aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, silky, and rounded texture. Moderate carbonation contributes to a smooth mouthfeel without any carbonic bite. A gentle, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present but subtle.
