Hypnotic Eclipse is a vibrant Hazy IPA that showcases a sophisticated hop blend of Eclipse, Bru-1, and Centennial. It pours with a characteristically opaque glow, leading with an intense bouquet of ripe pineapple and mandarin orange. The Centennial hops provide a classic floral and grapefruit backbone, while the Bru-1 contributes distinct stone fruit sweetness. On the palate, the experience is soft and pillowy, typical of the New England style, offering layers of tropical fruit nectar and zesty citrus. A restrained bitterness ensures a smooth, juice-like finish that lingers with notes of resinous pine and sweet citrus peel, making it exceptionally drinkable at 6% ABV.
