This Wild Specialty Beer opens with an intense bouquet of pink guava and passion fruit, underpinned by the hop's signature notes of elderflower and dark berries. The sensory experience is driven by a sharp, clean lactic tartness that cuts through the juicy fruit profile, leading to a crisp, dry finish.
