Appearance. Deep gold to light orange; opaque with a significant haze typical of the fruit-shake style. Features a moderate, creamy, off-white head with good persistence and thick lacing.
Aroma. High intensity aromas of ripe mango and sweet, toasted coconut dominate. Distinctive hop notes of lime from Motueka, pineapple, and citrus zest from Citra and Waimea follow. Background notes of stone fruit and a sherbet-like sweetness over a clean, neutral malt base.
Taste. Initial impression is a burst of tropical fruit, featuring mango, pineapple, and nectarine.
