This Hazy Double IPA, a collaboration between CoolHead and Outer Range, delivers an avalanche of hop complexity. The sensory profile is led by the vibrant French Barbe Rouge and Mosaic hops, which provide intense notes of ripe strawberries, red berries, and tropical mango. A delicate addition of Bramling Cross contributes nuanced layers of blackcurrant and a hint of spice. The beer showcases a soft, pillowy malt texture that balances the high hop intensity. The finish remains clean and medium-dry, highlighting the interplay of stone fruit and berry flavors while ensuring the 8% ABV is smoothly integrated into the drinking experience.

Appearance. Pale gold to light orange (6–8 SRM). Opaque and hazy with a voluminous, persistent white head that exhibits excellent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma with prominent notes of strawberry, raspberry, and tropical pineapple. A background of citrus and a faint spicy, dark berry character is present. Malt is low and neutral, smelling of light bread. Clean fermentation profile.

Taste. Strong and complex hop flavors of mixed berries, grapefruit, and stone fruit. Malt flavor is low and supportive with a soft, grainy character. Bitterness is firm and moderately high but lacks harshness. Finish is medium-dry with a lingering, fruity, and resinous aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a smooth, creamy, and pillowy texture. Carbonation is moderate. Contains a well-integrated, gentle alcohol warmth without any harsh astringency.
