Appearance. Deep orange-yellow to peach-nectar hue (6-8 SRM). Hazy to nearly opaque with suspended fruit solids. Thick, dense, pale-orange head with moderate retention and light lacing.

Aroma. High intensity. Dominated by a vibrant blast of ripe, juicy peach and jammy apricot. A clean, moderately sharp lactic sourness underpins the fruit. Low doughy wheat malt character with a soft, sweet cream accent from the milk sugar. No hop aroma.

Taste. An initial, bold wave of tart stone fruit, featuring bright apricot flesh and sweet peach nectar. A clean, firm lactic acidity immediately balances the sweet lactose.
