This Gose-style ale is a tropical escape, blending a tart, salty foundation with an opulent fruit profile. High-intensity aromas of ripe Mango and tangy Passionfruit lead the charge, supported by the creamy, dessert-like richness of Coconut and a soft Banana sweetness. While the base Gose provides a refreshing lactic acidity and a subtle sea salt tang, the additions elevate the body to a more decadent, velvety texture. Effervescent and bright, the palate balances the sharp citrus-like acidity of the base with lush, sun-ripened tropical flavors, finishing with a lingering, mouthwatering salinity and a crisp, clean character.
Appearance. Deep gold to light orange (SRM 4-6) with an opaque, juice-like turbidity from heavy fruit additions. Features a moderate, frothy white head with fair retention and slight lacing.
Aroma. High intensity tropical bouquet; dominant Mango and Passionfruit with a distinctive creamy Coconut undertone. Low lactic sourness, subtle bready wheat malt, and a light Banana ester presence. Coriander is very low to absent behind the fruit.
Taste. Initial impression is sharply tart and fruity. Lush Mango and Passionfruit flavors provide a tangy zest, balanced by a rich Coconut mid-palate and light Banana sweetness. Noticeable salt character provides a savory, mouthwatering tang. Low doughy malt flavor and no perceptible hop bitterness. Finish is dry and acidic with lingering tropical fruit notes.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body, feeling more viscous and round than a traditional version due to the fruit and Coconut. High carbonation provides a tingly, effervescent sensation. Very light alcohol warmth at 6% ABV.
