Appearance. Vibrant magenta to deep pinkish-red (SRM 5-8). Opaque to heavily hazy. Moderate pink-tinted head with fair retention and light lacing; highly effervescent.
Aroma. High intensity. Forward notes of ripe strawberry and fresh watermelon juice, followed by sharp grapefruit citrus. Subtle earthy sweetness from agave. Low bready malt and a clean, moderate lactic sourness. Hints of floral coriander and a trace of sea-salt minerality.
