This refreshing New World Cider showcases a bright, fruit-forward profile driven by locally sourced Northern Spy, IDA Red, and Spartan apples. Fermented with a characterful French cider yeast, the sensory journey begins with an inviting aroma of freshly pressed juice and green apple skin. On the palate, a delicate balance emerges between the clean, vinous notes of the dry fermentation and the subtle sweetness of back-blended fresh juice.
