Rainbow Punch is a vibrant Hazy IPA that captures an intense spectrum of tropical fruit through a heavy double dry-hopping of Citra, Galaxy, and Nectaron hops. The sensory journey begins with a massive punch of passion fruit and citrus oils, layered over a soft, pillowy malt base. Citra provides bright lime and grapefruit zest, while Galaxy and Nectaron contribute deep notes of pineapple and sun-ripened stone fruit. With its characteristic opaque glow and smooth, low-bitterness finish, this beer offers a lush, juicy profile that emphasizes hop saturation and a creamy, approachable mouthfeel.
Appearance. Pale straw to deep gold (approx. 4-6 SRM) with a distinct, opaque haze creating a glowing appearance. Features a persistent, rocky, meringue-like white head with excellent lacing.
Aroma. Intense hop aroma characterized by pungent tropical fruit, citrus, and stone fruit. Specific notes of grapefruit, pineapple, and passion fruit are prominent, supported by a neutral, lightly bready malt character and supportive fruity esters.
