This vibrant Double New England IPA presents a saturated sensory experience, led by the intense additions of passion fruit and peaches. At 8% ABV, the beer masks its strength behind a velvety, opaque body and a high-intensity tropical bouquet. The aroma is dominated by sharp, tangy passion fruit notes and the lush, fuzzy sweetness of sun-ripened peaches, supported by a clean, grainy malt base. On the palate, a soft, creamy mouthfeel carries layers of stone fruit and exotic citrus, finishing with a restrained bitterness and a lingering, juice-like fruitiness. It is a deceptively easy-drinking powerhouse that balances artful fruit integration with modern hop saturation.
Appearance. Gold to light orange (7–9 SRM); thick, creamy, persistent white head with excellent lacing; opaque, hazy appearance characteristic of the New England style.
Aroma. High intensity; dominant notes of tart passion fruit and sweet, ripened peach; secondary tropical hop aromas of mango and citrus; low, neutral bready malt in the background; clean fermentation profile with very low, smooth alcohol presence.
Taste. Initial impression is a burst of tropical fruit juice; prominent flavors of passion fruit and peach flesh; low to medium-low supportive bready malt character; moderate bitterness that is soft and never harsh; medium-dry finish with a lingering, succulent fruit aftertaste.
