This 6.8% ABV ale leads with a citrus-forward charge, where Amarillo and Citra contribute bright orange and grapefruit zest, while Centennial and Cascade provide delicate floral highlights. Underlying these bright layers, Mosaic introduces subtle tropical fruit and berry nuances, all anchored by the resinous, piney depth of Simcoe and Columbus. The sensory experience is defined by a clean fermentation profile and a light, grainy malt backbone that ensures the aggressive bitterness remains the focal point, culminating in a crisp, refreshingly dry finish.
Appearance. Deep gold to medium amber in color (8-12 SRM) with brilliant clarity. It supports a thick, creamy, and persistent off-white head that leaves intricate lacing as the glass is emptied.
Aroma. High-intensity hop aroma featuring a pungent blend of grapefruit, lemon peel, and orange zest.
