This Hazy IPA celebrates the harvest with an expressive profile driven by fresh Citra and Krush hops. An aromatic burst of luscious peach syrup and mango sorbet is layered with juicy mixed berries and zesty lemon citrus. The fresh hop character introduces unique nuances of gentle pine and a subtle, warm woodiness, providing depth beyond standard tropical notes. Its appearance is a characteristic glowing gold with significant haze, while the palate remains soft and pillowy. This collaboration focuses on a harmonious blend of intense fruitiness and a clean, bready malt base, resulting in a vibrant and highly drinkable interpretation of the style.
Appearance. Straw to light gold (4-6 SRM). Opaque, high haze with a characteristic shine. Dense, rocky, meringue-like white head with exceptional retention and thick lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring dominant notes of peach syrup, mango, and zesty lemon citrus. Subtle secondary notes of juicy mixed berries and a fresh, resinous pine. Low grainy-bready malt character in the background with neutral fermentation esters.
Taste. Massive fruity hop flavor echoing the aroma with mango sorbet and peach, accompanied by a distinct fresh-hop woodiness and berry-like sweetness. Medium-low bitterness that is soft and well-integrated. Low bready malt support. Finish is off-dry, smooth, and devoid of hop harshness.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy texture. Medium carbonation. Smooth mouthfeel with a very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth and no astringency.
