Cloudwater Brew Co. Slow Rain

Cloudwater teamed up with their friends at Põhjala for this collaboration, using a massive proportion of spelt as the base for this DIPA to give thick mouthfeel and haze, while retaining dangerous drinkability for the ABV.

The bright lime sherbert of Motueka, and the subtle pine of Chinook is backed up by an addition of Citra, bringing a layer of tropical dankness to round the flavours off.
