In our early days we looked at Hopfenwiesse as pointing to a bolder future of beer, where rich and protein heavy malt grists, forward-thinking modern hopping, and flavourful yeasts contributed their all as powerful, equally capable allies in pursuit of the most robust flavours in beer.
